Mr.Nirvaan Birla : Managing Director

Nirvaan Birla is all set to grow Birla Edutech as the Director. His belief of being positive, humble and his enthusiasm to do something different will push everyone at Birla Edutech to go that extra mile and fulfil commitments.

Nirvaan has completed his Masters in Management from University of Westminster, London and graduated from Mumbai University where he studied Bachelor of Commerce (Management Studies) and scored a
(Grade A).

Nirvaan augmented his experience by interning in various companies. At Birla Wellness, he was a business outreach intern and at Shloka - A Birla School, he helped them to grow franchise in over 5 states in India. At Newby Teas UK he worked in the Sales and Marketing team where he was successful in converting renowned banks and hotels into clients. To further gain experience in Commodities, Currency trading and wealth management he interned with Saspien Capital Limited and MotilalOswal Financial Services Ltd.

Mr.Yatharth Gautam : Director & COO

Having completed his graduation in BA (Hons) International Business from Regents Business School, London & his MBA in International Marketing from EU Business School, Barcelona;  Mr. Yatharth Gautam brings over a decade of diverse international experience onboard having worked and resided in London and Barcelona respectively. He has worked for top global MNC’s in industries catering to Steel and services at senior positions. His global perspective coupled with his extensive on ground knowledge, leadership and execution skills; has helped chart strategic inroads for Birla Open Minds as a brand and is also instrumental for the brands Pan-India expansion. 

A firm believer in the motto of Dictum meum pactum, he adheres to the principle of performing what he says he will do. Under his current role and leadership, serving as the Director & COO,  Birla Open Minds has achieved a growth rate of over 80 percent year on year within India with a network of over 120 schools including over 60 K12’s and 60 Preschools in line with the brands motto of Nurturing India’s Tomorrow!

Dr. (Mrs.) Veena Shrivastava,

Dr. Veena Anand Shrivastava is the Campus Head of Gopi Birla Memorial School. She has an experience of more than 30 years in teaching academics and organization that includes 15 years of being a Principal in reputed schools and 16 years of teaching experience from Pre-Nursery to XII in IGCSE, ICSE, CBSE and SSC syllabus along with 1 year of lectureship at Degree College.

Dr. Shrivastava has been the Principal for schools like Billabong High International School, Panbai International School, Kohinoor International School, Army Public School (Colaba, Mumbai) and Boys' Town Public (Residential) School, Nashik. Before that, she was associated with various schools like Barnes School (Devlali), St. Georges College (Agra), Army School (Agra) and St. Mary's Convent (Kanpur). Apart from these, she also got the ICSE affiliation done for schools like Kohinoor international School and Panbai International School, Mumbai. She also started an HSC Junior College in Boys Town Public School and helped in setting up and starting Brahma Valley School in Nashik contributing to the educational sphere. She is a visiting faculty in Kohinoor College of Para-medical sciences for communication skills. Dr. Veena Shrivastava was an honorary member of 'All India Poetess Association' having released her own poetry collection- 'Kshanbhangur'. Dr. Veena is a creative writer and a poetess in both English and Hindi languages. She was also the Vice President of 'Sahitya Sarita Hindi Manch', Nashik as well as an ex-member of the Academic Council of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU).

With around 15 years of experience in the areas of leadership, administration, planning, recruitment of staff and staff welfare; Dr. Veena Shrivastava holds a Ph.D in English and has pursued Bachelor of Legislative Law (L.L.B) from Pune University. She also holds an M.A. degree in English and Psychology with a teaching experience in the same at graduate level along with a Diploma in German language.
